The building dates from the first half of the nineteenth century. It is an example of Lanzarote's traditional architecture, preserved after its restoration and listed in the municipal architectural catalogue with a date of 1870. Ginés González Viera is the owner of this complex: the old winepress preserved in perfect condition, the gourmet shop with local produce, the warehouses and the land where most of the grapes are grown with which Bodegas La Florida makes its wines and its new brand “Jameo”, of volcanic Malvasía, red and Moscatel.
