About the winery
At the winery, the grapes are first analysed to determine key parameters such as potential alcohol, acidity, colour and health. Based on these parameters the grapes are graded by quality, and any that do not reach the level required for our wines are rejected. The bunches used to make Capricho de Landaluce are harvested into 20-kilo crates so that they reach the winery in perfect condition. They then go over the sorting table, where any bunches showing irregularities are removed.
