At Casa Los Frailes we believe that wines should express a soil, a climate, a history and an imprint. We are aware that we enjoy privileged conditions, and so we feel responsible for seeking the authenticity of our terroir, but as a living being that does not belong to us. It is our values, listening to the past and to Mother Nature, that allow us to make pure, honest wines that faithfully reflect our land.
