About the winery
At the beginning of 2006 the Martinón family decided to launch a project to create a winery in Masdache, in the municipality of Tías. One of the most attractive aspects of the project was the possibility of making a single-varietal Malvasía, that is, a wine made exclusively from a single grape variety. For this they had a family-owned vineyard, mostly planted with this noble and interesting variety, which they could also control and pamper, deciding the exact moment of harvest and applying the appropriate treatments.
