About the winery
It is a building that adapts to the existing topography and harmoniously develops its entire programme below ground. Its greatest success undoubtedly lies in the perfect functionality of its different areas, optimised by the use of noble materials and perfectly organised from the central core of this star that has emerged from the earth. The winery is built of concrete, wood and steel. In total, 900 square metres are given over to the different areas for making, fermenting and ageing wine and oil.
