Bodegas NOC has its origins in Vinícola Morales, a winery founded in 1918 in Manzaneque, in the Montes de Toledo, whose wine was destined almost entirely for local consumption. With Carlos Galdón as its new owner, the estate was completely transformed and opened new facilities, and today it makes wine in two areas: the Montes de Toledo and the Ribera del Duero, where it has a winery in Quintanilla de Arriba. Its range includes NOC Viognier, Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Syrah and Coupage, the orange wine +NOC Viognier, NOC Ribera del Duero, Leyenda de NOC and sparkling wines such as NOC Brut Prestige and NOC Brut Rosé. Its wine tourism experiences range from a winery visit with tasting to 4x4 trips through the mountain vineyards of the Montes de Toledo.
