Oliver Moragues is in Algaida, in the centre of Mallorca, on one of the oldest estates on the island, which after the conquest by Jaume I passed to the Knights Templar. The Oliver Moragues family acquired it in 1511 and has devoted it to vines ever since, generation after generation. In the mid-20th century, Gabriel Oliver Ribas de Pina modernised the winery and began bottling the OM wines. The latest generations farm organically and regeneratively, reviving old growing systems and local grapes such as Prensal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet, Gorgollassa, Escursac and Manto Negro, all harvested by hand. Its wines include OM Prensal, OM Giró, Gorgollassa, OM 500 and El Galgo. It offers daily guided visits of the house, vineyard and winery with a tasting and Mallorcan products.
