About the winery
Bodegas Pegaláz is a winery of carefully controlled size, located in the special setting of the Mallos de Riglos in the Aragonese pre-Pyrenees, where one of those mallos, Firé, gives its name to the wine. The winery, next to the vineyards, is half-buried in a hillside, which facilitates the winemaking process and gives the building great thermal inertia.
