About the winery
Quality is our main objective and underpins all the work of Bodegas Puiggròs. For this reason the whole process, from winemaking to the finished wine, is meticulously analysed. The harvest is entirely manual and the grapes are picked into 20 kg crates, which are unloaded onto a sorting table to ensure that all the fruit reaches the tank whole and completely healthy. All the stainless steel tanks have temperature control, cooling and heating systems. We also make wines in clay amphorae with capacities from 380 to 700 litres.
