From the beginning, we have made the highest quality our philosophy. We work with a firm objective: to make wines with personality. To this end we combine evolution and tradition, optimising and even reinventing what already exists, while always respecting the foundations of tradition and winemaking heritage. This fusion has led us to be pioneers in the placement of the sorting table. One hundred per cent of our grapes are selected by hand.
