About the winery
The Robles family has been making wines in Montilla since 1927. In the late 1990s, the third generation took over the winery and understood the need to bring organic viticulture and work with native yeasts into the winery's tradition. At first sight, the vineyards of Bodegas Robles have the air of a wild, romantic garden, overrun by a carpet of wood sorrel, poppies, clover and wild flowers, and the buzzing of bees and other insects.
