About the winery
The winery was founded in 2014 by the well-known Mallorcan architect Rafael Munar, who is committed to integrating architecture into the Mediterranean landscape. The winery was founded with a clear goal: producing high-quality wines by introducing the latest technology applied to winemaking. Winemaking uses low-yield presses and high-quality musts, which then go into stainless steel tanks for temperature-controlled fermentation, producing wines generous in aromas and deep in colour.
