About the winery
In Sierra Nevada, within the Natural Park, lie our oldest vineyards of the Jaén Blanca variety, in the area known as Montenegro, bush-trained and dry-farmed on slopes between 1,000 and 1,200 m above sea level, with soils made up of slate, black schist and red schist. On the other side of Sierra Nevada we have vineyards of our red varieties: Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, at around 1,000 m altitude, on soil made up mainly of red schist and quartzite.
