About the winery
Bodegas y Viñedos de Cal Grau is a wine project started in 2000 by the Osborne–Osborne family on the La Solana estate, located between El Lloar and El Molar. The winery is on the estate itself, which covers 40 hectares, 22 of which are vineyards of the native Garnacha Tinta and Cariñena varieties. More international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah are also grown. The estate's soil is slate and the vines are laid out in terraces, among large areas of Mediterranean mountain.
