About the winery
Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce is a family business that works its own and leased plots. All the work of growing the grapes and making the wine is done by hand, following the guidelines of biodynamic farming, that is, organic farming that harnesses the forces and cycles of nature to get the best results from the harvests. This winery works exclusively with Bobal grapes from the Manchuela D.O., bush-trained vines, no trellising, of advanced age, some up to eighty years old.
