Bodegas Yuntero

About the winery

Bodegas Yuntero is the trading name of the Jesús del Perdón Cooperative, founded in 1954 in Manzanares (Ciudad Real), within the La Mancha D.O. Today it brings together more than a thousand grape-growing families who farm some 12,000 hectares of vineyard, and a large share of what it makes is sold outside Spain. Its range is wide: the Yuntero wines from Macabeo and Tempranillo for everyday drinking, the organic Mundo de Yuntero line, Yuntero Reserva and 70 Vendimias, the Epílogo signature wines, the Casa la Teja line, Poética sparkling and frizzante wines, as well as grape musts. By appointment they offer guided tours of the grape reception area, the barrel room and the bottling plant, ending with a guided tasting accompanied by Iberian cured meats and cheese.
