About the winery
We acquired the facilities located in the Pago de Miraflores in 2010. Formerly owned by the Miraflores Cooperative, this production winery was equipped with the most advanced technology and expanded in order to store the treasures of Bodegas Yuste. As for ageing, the proximity of our charming Bodega Miraflores to the river Guadalquivir and the Atlantic Ocean transforms the grape must into a very fine manzanilla after a minimum of four years of biological ageing under a veil of flor: Señorita Irene.
