With more than 200 years of winemaking history behind it, Can Casals took a step forward by expanding the family's original winery and starting a new chapter with a solid, coherent project for the future, based on a return to the most genuine spirit of winemaking know-how. Together with Esteve Casals we have created two sparkling wines made using the ancestral method, sulphite-free and with a unique character.
