Casa Moreiras
About the winery
Winemaking began here in 1692, making it today the oldest winery in Galicia, and it has been a pioneer in the Ribeira Sacra D.O. since 1996. It is a semi-underground winery with distinctive architecture and an original inscription from 1692 preserved inside, built of old dressed stone from the area, located near Pantón, with views over the Pantón valley, Maside Castle and the monastery of San Vicente del Salvador.
