Celler Aixalà Alcait
About the winery
The Aixalà i Alcait family has grown vines since the 1980s, but it was not until 2005 that it began making wine. “Pardelasses” was the first wine, of which only 300 bottles were made. Today all production is certified organic by the CCPAE (Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production). The Aixalà i Alcait winery is an entirely family project, from work in the vineyards to sales, including the design of labels and boxes.
