About the winery
The Escoda Pallejà winery was born in 2008, although it was conceived eight years earlier, when the family decided to keep and replant a half-hectare plot. With a planting of around 1,500 vines, mainly Garnacha and Cariñena and to a lesser extent Cabernet and Syrah, and as the fruit of the owners' passion and enthusiasm, Palet was born: an honest wine with character, fresh aromas and intense colour, which has rested for a year in old French and American oak casks.
