About the winery
In 1720 the Sedó and Barceló families were already growing vines in Bellmunt. Josep Ramon Sedó took charge of the family estate in 1986. In 2007, with the stagnation of the market for young grapes in the Priorat, the family began looking for new outlets: Celler Sedó Barceló and the farm shop “Lo Cistell del Pagès”. The idea is to make a wine for everyone in order to reach a wider, more popular market.
