About the winery
The winery has seen great changes as it passed from one generation to the next. In its early days, dating back to the late 19th century, it mostly sold bulk wine to long-standing customers. Now its main flagship is bottled wine. The Josep Vicens winery is the result of a long family tradition of farmers who have worked their own vineyards and made their own wines in Gandesa. Today the project is led by the fourth and fifth generations, responsible for important changes.
