About the winery
After six years of searching the best wine regions of Italy, France and Spain, in 1999 Dirk Hoet settled in the Priorat and bought Mas de les Pereres. Known for his scientific background, research-minded approach and almost obsessive perfectionism, Dirk Hoet decides how and when to plant the vines, how to treat them and the best moment for the harvest. He also determines the winemaking process and how to guide the ageing of the young wines.
