About the winery
Celler Massís de l'Albera is a winery in the Alt Empordà, by the road linking Garriguella and Vilamaniscle, within the D.O. Empordà. It was born from its founder's dream of bringing together, in a small and personal project, everything learned over years in the Empordà wine world, with the goal that each bottle should show the purest Empordà. Its vines are spread across the Massís de l'Albera Natural Site of National Interest, on slate soils and in a mountain climate, and are farmed organically with respect for the land. Garnacha and Cariñena, together with other traditional varieties of the area, give wines such as Les Tortugues, El Visionari, Encanteri, Camins de l'Albera, Atrapasomnis, Vinya del Secretari, La Garnatxa d'en Pitu and Molí de l'Albera.
