About the winery
Born in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Ramon Parera and Jordi Arnan, winemaker and agronomist respectively, began the Pardas project in 1996 with the idea of making the best possible wines on the Can Comas estate, thus becoming grower-winemakers. Finca Can Comas is therefore our cultural landscape and also the place where we live. We are 100% winegrowers. We only make what we have personally grown in the vineyard. We plan the wine from the land itself and only feel like winemakers when the harvest begins.
