Celler Sabaté is a family winery founded in 1910. Since then several generations have made wine in the traditional way, recently incorporating new fermentation and ageing techniques. The wine made by Celler Sabaté comes exclusively from its own vineyards. The vines average 35 years old, with Garnacha as the main variety, alongside Cariñena and other varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon.
