About the winery
In 2003 we recovered and rebuilt an old vineyard belonging to our grandfather, where vines had been grown and wine made in the traditional way back in our childhood. From then until 2006 the vineyard was expanded to its current 10 hectares. The vineyards, in Vilanova de Prades, lie between 800 and 900 metres above sea level. Because of the slope, they are planted on terraces in black slate soil, surrounded by the Serra de Prades, the Serra de la Llena and the Montsant.
