About the winery
At Viníric we apply a range of knowledge, from traditional practices, such as following the lunar phases and using natural fertilisers, to the most innovative techniques: cold fermentation, inerting and others. Evolution and experimentation, that is the Viníric style. Today 8 hectares are farmed, with 4 more being planted, where the leading roles go to the native varieties Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca, alongside Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Monastrell, Tempranillo and Syrah.
