Clos Cor Ví
About the winery
Clos Cor Ví is a Valencian family winery, founded by Luis Corbí, that makes wine by hand and organically on two estates in the D.O. Valencia. In Moixent, in the Terres dels Alforins, stands the cellar where they have made their whites since 2004, with the El Ramblar plot, where they pioneered Riesling and Viognier, grown alongside the native Verdil. Years later came Finca Cor Ví in Requena, inside the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park, where they revived old Bobal vines for their reds. Their wines include Cimera, from Riesling and Viognier; El Ramblar; Loma de las Carrascas, a Verdil aged in clay jar and barrel; and the red Viña de los Rosales. They offer visits with a tasting on weekdays and on Saturdays with nibbles, as well as special days such as the harvest party.
