About the winery
As the grapes ripen on the Can Guilera estate, the vines are closely monitored. The aim is to decide which vineyards will yield the best fruit and which is the most suitable day to harvest them. Once the grapes have been picked, the goal is to preserve all their freshness by quickly covering the short distance between vine and winery. The must is obtained gently, slowly bursting the small grapes to enhance the desired flavours. The production of the different vineyards is vinified separately.
