About the winery
Conatvs is a winery located in Lajares, in the municipality of La Oliva, in the north of Fuerteventura. According to the Government of the Canary Islands, it is the first winery on the island registered in the D.O. Islas Canarias, and in 2026 it received the Canary Islands Tourism Award for Tourist Excellence for its wine tourism offer, which brings together winemaking, sustainability and the island's farming landscape. Its vines grow in volcanic soils, adapted to drought and the trade winds, and winemaking combines traditional methods with current techniques. It makes white, red, rosé and sweet wines. It offers guided tours of the vineyard and winery that end with a tasting accompanied by local products such as Majorero cheese.
