Dalt Turó is a family estate in Campos, in the south of Mallorca, making wines under the V.T. Mallorca label. The family, who also farm and raise livestock, grow their vines organically and harvest by hand. The winery sits inside a restored old marés sandstone quarry, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The main variety is Callet, alongside Mantonegro, Escursac, Malvasía de Banyalbufar, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Their labels are named after types of marés, such as the white Acopinyat, the rosé Roget and the reds Granat, Pedrenc and Brascat, and under the Mal Bitxo brand they make single-varietal Escursac, Malvasía and Giró Ros. Visitors can taste in the Sa Taverneta room or take a minibus tour through the vineyards, quarries and winery, with the option of a wine-paired meal.
