About the winery
Bernard Magrez, owner of numerous wineries elsewhere in the world, wanted to create a quality wine, and for this reason he invested in the Priorat. The production process is as follows: the harvest enters the winery in optimal conditions. Once destemmed, the grapes pass over the sorting table for greater control of the fruit and are placed in wooden vats with automatic temperature control, so that fermentation starts in the best possible conditions.
