About the winery
The Domini de la Cartoixa winery, located in El Molar, was founded in 2000 by the Pérez and Dalmau families, who named it after the Carthusian monks of Scala Dei. With a vineyard tended with great care and an exhaustive selection of the different varieties, small and careful productions are made with a traditional winemaking system in order to obtain high-end wines. Organic farming is practised.
