About the winery
Finca Albret was founded in 2002 and its name pays tribute to the last king of Navarre, John of Albret (1469-1516). Albret wines are born from the perfect harmony between human work and what some call terroir, a combination of geology and geography that makes certain plots the ideal place to plant vines that will give singular, unique wines reflecting their origin. Each Albret wine takes the name of a named plot, planted in different areas of Navarre, with infertile soils full of pebbles.
