About the winery

Finca La Font de Jui is a project born in the La Pedra Blanca area of Subirats, in the heart of the Alt Penedès and within the D.O. Penedès. Its vineyard, about 11.5 hectares on gentle slopes of deep, well-drained limestone soils, is farmed biodynamically, without chemicals and harvested by hand. It focuses on varieties rarely seen in the area: low-yielding French clones of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and a plot of Vermentino, a Mediterranean grape now authorised in Catalonia. In the cellar, whole bunches are pressed at low pressure and intervention is kept to a minimum. Its wines include Miratge, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and A Delit, from Vermentino, as well as sparkling wines.
