Lafou Celler
About the winery
LAFOU Celler was born in 2007 with the aim of making wines that reflect the greatness of Garnacha and of a wine district as extraordinary as the Terra Alta. Its landscape, terraced vineyards and fous (gorges) are the ideal setting for this variety to express itself to the full. It was Ramon Roqueta Segalés, a member of a family with a long winemaking tradition dating back to the 12th century, who undertook this personal project. During his oenology studies in France, the Garnacha variety won him over with its expression and elegance.
