About the winery
Set in the centre of Andalusia and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, Lagar de la Salud is located near the historic town of Montilla, in Córdoba. Since 1882 the Lagar de la Salud estate has seen four generations of a family grow and develop, passionate about growing their vineyards and producing wines. From a very young age, Miguel Puig, the fourth generation, has worked in the vineyard and carried out his micro-vinifications and experiments at Lagar de la Salud. After planting red varieties on the estate, he carried out trials with oak.
