About the winery
Sergi Sevillano and Martí Giralt met at the Espiells school of oenology and viticulture in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. The two come from different worlds. Sergi, from Barcelona, is a sommelier and catering technician; he had worked in various top-class restaurants and in some specialist wine shops, and wanted to go to Espiells to broaden his knowledge of viticulture and oenology.
