About the winery
Its history in the world of wine began in 1949 when Manuel Gómez, father of the current owner, opened a shop in Sant Cugat del Vallès selling bulk wine. In 1998 the family acquired some plots in La Morera de Montsant together with Joan Milà. His son, Eloy Milà, is in charge of making the wine “Maius”. The first vintage of this wine was 2004. In 2011 a new winery was built on the estate.
