About the winery

Navisa is a winery in Montilla, in the DO Montilla-Moriles, born from the vision of José Padillo Delgado, who began by growing his own vines and making his own wine and in 1986 founded the Montebello winery. Over the years it took in the houses of Cobos, dating from 1906, Velasco Chacón and Montulia, and today the second and third generations keep those century-old brands alive. Its Pedro Ximénez range includes Fino Cobos, the unfiltered fino Pompeyo, Moriles Cobos, 3 Pasas and the Montulia series, with fino, amontillado, oloroso, cream and PX. It also makes the young Naíz wines from Chardonnay, Moscatel or Pedro Ximénez, the white Vega María, the red Valpina from Syrah grown in the Sierra de Montilla under the IGP Vinos de la Tierra de Córdoba, vermouth, brandy and anise.
