About the winery
The winery sits in the centre of the property's twelve hectares of organic vineyard, where the conditions are optimal for obtaining the best raw material. Pago de Tharsys has introduced the night harvest of the Albariño variety, a sparkling wine made from Bobal vinified as a white, “Tharsys Único”, and a singular sweet wine made using the sun-drying technique. The winery makes its wines under the Pago, Utiel-Requena and Cava Designations of Origin. Among the varieties grown, its commitment to the “Bobal” grape, the distinguishing hallmark of the area, stands out.
