About the winery
The Pé de Perdiz winery is a winery in the Ribeiro D.O., operating under the “colleiteiro” (grower-producer) scheme of that designation; the winery uses only its own grapes and only the D.O.'s preferred varieties (Ferrol, Caiño, Brencellao and Sousón) for the red wine and Treixadura, Albariño and Loureira for the white wine. The winery has been selling Ribeiro wines for around 70 years, but in 2014 we decided to launch our own brand, which we called Pé de Perdiz.
