About the winery
Bixente Eizaguirre, son of a family with a great winemaking tradition and founder of the Talai-Berri winery, already had long professional experience in the field before creating it; after great efforts to obtain the Designation of Origin for a product that his ancestors and he himself had worked on (in fact he was the promoter and driving force of the initiative), he decided to create a winery that would meet all the requirements a Designation of Origin entails.
