About the winery
We have restored the old El Molar cooperative, where we make artisan wines with the least possible intervention, respecting the environment and the product, in a traditional and sustainable way. All our wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts; that is, we ferment with the grapes' own yeast and do not add any other kind.
