About the winery
Torelló wines and sparkling wines are made with one main goal: caring for their vineyards with rigour and passion, the guarantee of future quality. To this end, vineyard yields are limited through winter pruning and green harvesting in summer. In spring, green pruning is carried out, concentrating the properties of the grapes, improving their aeration and exposure to sunlight, and regulating their growth.
