About the winery
The wine our ancestors made was known as that of Joxepa Jostuna, the family matriarch and an excellent seamstress, another deeply rooted trade. All that knowledge passed down through generations made possible the emergence of a genius like Cristóbal Balenciaga. With an area of 4 ha, our work is based on entirely artisanal production, in which we take care of every detail of the process, from the moment the grapes grow until the bottles go into the distribution boxes. We are artisans of txakoli making. We pamper every bunch and, above all, we take care of the details.
