About the winery
Uva de Vida is a small family winery in Camarena, Toledo, within the D.O. Méntrida, making natural wines from its own grapes. They describe themselves as a family working with their hands, at nature's pace: they farm the vineyard with certified biodynamic practices, harvest by hand and seek a viticulture that brings life back to the soil and protects biodiversity. They are members of La Renaissance des Appellations. Their range includes reds and sparkling wines with names such as Biográfico, Latitud 40, Luna, Madre, Septenio and Sol del 19. They offer visits with tasting, either as a private group or in groups organised by the winery: you walk through the vineyard talking about biodynamic farming and then see the winery and the winemaking process, in a friendly, unhurried setting.
