About the winery
The «Venta d'Aubert» estate covers 62 ha, of which 18 ha are currently planted with vines. The vineyards lie next to the winery. They grow on clay and limestone soils and are exposed to a Mediterranean and semi-continental climate, which greatly favours their development. The vineyards are dry-farmed, the traditional method of cultivation in our region. To make our wines we only use grapes from our estate, which are harvested by hand.
